Over 25 years ago, in a sunny little corner cafe in Sydney, the global phenomenon of avocado toast and ricotta hotcakes first began. Come and work in our lovely pizza restaurant in the heart of the Brent Cross Town development. We are looking for warm, friendly people to join our small team serving the neighbourhood guests. As a supervisor you will need to command our team in the days service. Our new supervisor will also need to cover other members of management within our site which includes a coffee shop on the same estate. Experience making coffee is helpful but training can be given. A positive attitude and a smile is essential! We are open 7 days per week and get very busy over the weekends so Saturday and Sunday availability is essential but we will always try to give you at least one weekend off per month.

Everything at the store is yours- stock,team , labour , customers , serving coffee etc , all sit with you to own and develop. you will take accountability of the profit and loss for the store and look to maximise where possible. to add to the list , you will: - Create a customer focused environment and you'll have a unique skill for anticipating what our customers' need. - *take ownership of all your controllable costs within your store through effective management of stock, labour , training and reward and recognition. - inspire the team to follow your lead and execute with excellence - full accountability for managing the store to the standards our customers have come to expect - *training and developing your team to reach their full potential.
