Job description Position set to start : Feb 2025 We are taking the leap and opening our very own bakery next to Queens Road Peckham station after 4 years of trading at markets around South London. I'm looking for someone to join me to deal mainly with sourdough and Viennoiserie. Someone who is creative and happy to deal with seasonal produce and monthly specials for weekends. We will be a small team to start with, looking to build as we become more established. You will be part of the team that kickstarts this new chapter for us!
