
Job Summary: We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porter to join our team at Pink Chilliz Laindon Indian Takeaway. The role involves keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and running smoothly, supporting our chefs and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality food quickly and safely. Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen areas. Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment promptly and efficiently. Assist with basic food preparation under the guidance of the chef. Keep floors, surfaces, and equipment clean and sanitised throughout shifts. Unpack, store, and organise deliveries safely and correctly. Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling procedures are followed. Support chefs and kitchen team as needed during busy periods.
