Site Manager - Southampton FRA Projects - Social Housing £210- £230 per day Our Client, a construction contractor are currently looking for a Site Manager to join their planned works division. Projects that are being delivered will be FRA projects to street properties in the area . They are being delivered to tower blocks and scattered properties around Southampton. Contracts Manager – Industrial Roofing Location: Southampton Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 + bonus Type: Full-time Overview We are currently working with an established industrial roofing contractor seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee projects across the Southampton region (within a 2-hour travel radius). This role combines office and site-based responsibilities and is ideal for an experienced Contracts Manager or someone looking to step up from Assistant, Site Manager, or Supervisor level. Key Responsibilities • Manage contracts from setup through to completion, • Plan and schedule labour, materials, and resources, • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including RAMS, • Monitor budgets, costs, and project performance, • Handle variations, valuations, and invoicing, • Coordinate procurement of materials and subcontractors, • Ensure quality standards and compliance with specifications, • Enforce Health & Safety regulations, including CDM 2015, • Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress reviews, • Act as main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, • Lead and support site teams and subcontractors, • Provide regular project updates to senior management Requirements • Experience in industrial roofing, cladding, or building envelope projects, • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, • Knowledge of metal roofing systems (single-ply, liquid systems), • Strong understanding of Health & Safety and CDM regulations, • Relevant certifications (CSCS, SMSTS or SSSTS preferred), • Good organisational, leadership, and communication skills, • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel Package • £50,000 – £70,000 salary (DOE) + bonus, • Company vehicle and mobile phone, • 25 days holiday + bank holidays (including Christmas shutdown), • Free on-site parking Additional Information Applicants should be able to commute to or relocate to Southampton.
