You will need to be super passionate about food and ingredients, their seasonality, sourcing and provenance, the creation and presentation of dishes as well as be driven by consistency, precision and exacting standards. You will be able to help manage the kitchen operation by working closely with the owners and our current kitchen team and be happy with sharing and the responsibility of running our kitchen.
