    Husk & Honey is a small, independent business looking for an experienced, motivated all-rounder who’s ready to jump in ASAP with minimal training, with a view to focus on growing turnover by developing and managing wholesale customer accounts. This role is perfect for someone with a can-do attitude, who takes initiative, works confidently on their own, is super motivated, and genuinely enjoys being a key part of a small business. We’re looking for someone who can quickly understand our brand voice, take ownership of their work, and move the business forward with, amongst other things, growing wholesale turnover with new accounts. Key requirements (essential): • Strong experience with Shopify, • Strong experience in CRM, sales and managing and growing a customer base, • Comfortable managing emails and admin in Outlook, • Confident Windows user (essential – all computers are Windows daily), • Confident using Canva, • InDesign experience is a bonus, • Experience with Xero What you’ll be doing: • Day-to-day Shopify admin and website management, • Building a strategic CRM and sales, customer accounts management, • Basic design work using Canva where needed, • Managing social media (Instagram & Facebook), • Occasional invoicing tasks in Xero, • Email management and general admin support, • Supporting the business across multiple areas as needed Details: • Immediate start, • Contracted, long term position, • In-office role – Bermondsey (living nearby strongly preferred), • Ideal for someone experienced seeking a flexible, part-time, long-term role within a growing business If you’re proactive, organised, and excited by the idea of being a key part of driving the company's future as an integral team member, not just doing a job — we’d love to hear from you. 👉 Apply with a brief summary of your experience and availability.
