Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you love talking to people! A true passion for high-quality food, especially gelato! Ability to work efficiently and maintain composure in a busy environment. A proactive, "can-do" attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile. Strong numeracy skills and experience with POS systems. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and school holidays.
