Requirements: • Proven experience as a Salon Manager focusing on creativity and innovation. • Ability to create diverse and unique beauty treatments and nail designs. • Passion for training and developing salon staff skills. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience in a beauty or nail technician role is highly desirable. • NVQ Level 5 Beauty Therapy or equivalent is preferred (but not essential). • Familiarity with industry trends and commitment to staying current with new techniques. • Ability to contribute to developing and enhancing the salon's curated product collection. • Understanding and appreciation of Asian beauty practices and trends. • Experience in developing beauty treatments and products that cater to the Asian market. • Ability to source and incorporate beauty products popular within the Asian community. • Sensitivity to cultural preferences and the ability to train staff accordingly. • Speaking Vietnamese, Chinese, Thai, or Korean is not compulsory but can be a significant advantage.
