Consult with the Engagement Lead on any plans and in particular to request any additional resources that may be required. Provide support and companionship during activities. Identify any special interest/s that each resident may have and plan activities to support this. Ensure that areas around the home are attractive, safe and accessible for residents; reporting any concerns to the Engagement Lead.
