Join one of the UK’s leading SEO and digital PR agencies at an exciting stage of growth, where you’ll create campaigns that make headlines, earn coverage and drive growth for ambitious brands, and prove the commercial impact of the work we do. \n \n Location: Kendal / Manchester / Remote \n \n We’re searching for a passionate Digital PR Manager to join Digitaloft. You will serve as the main point of contact across multiple client accounts and play a key role in steering overall campaign strategy, leading client communications and ensuring high-quality campaign delivery. \n \n In addition to your client responsibilities, you’ll manage Strategists, Senior Executives, and/or Executives within the team, supporting their development, performance, and growth within the agency. \n We're looking for someone who:\n \n\n • Has 3+ years’ experience in PR, ideally agency-side, with clear progression into a strategic or senior role.\n, • Can demonstrate consistent delivery against KPIs across multiple client accounts, using a mix of creative campaigns, newsjacking, thought leadership and product-led PR.\n, • Is confident owning senior client relationships, leading strategy discussions, presenting recommendations, and building long-term partnerships across clients in different sectors.\n, • Has experience leading client meetings and quarterly reviews, and is comfortable acting as the strategic voice on calls rather than executing day-to-day tasks.\n, • Has a proven track record of developing standout campaign ideas and guiding teams to execute them to a high standard, driving strong commercial and coverage outcomes.\n, • Understands how Digital PR contributes to SEO growth and how a PR strategy aligns with wider SEO and business objectives.\n, • Has a strong understanding of how Digital PR supports visibility in AI-powered search and LLMs, and can factor this into campaign planning and performance discussions.\n, • Has experience using a variety of SEO and PR tools to evaluate outreach opportunities and assess impact\n, • Can manage priorities across multiple accounts while supporting others with planning, timelines, and delivery.\n, • Has experience in line managing team members, providing feedback, coaching, and support to help them develop and perform at their best.\n, • Communicates confidently and clearly, with strong written and verbal skills, and the ability to adapt messaging for clients, team members, and senior stakeholders.\n, • Is ambitious, proactive and commercially minded, with a desire to raise standards, improve client outcomes, and contribute to the wider success and reputation of the agency.\n\n \n The key responsibilities and tasks involved:\n \n\n • You’ll lead on 1-2 clients within the team and be responsible for end-to-end campaign management, from strategic planning and creative ideation to media outreach and reporting. \n, • You will manage client expectations, build strong relationships and ensure strategies are delivered to a high standard. You’ll lead by example, managing your client portfolio with professionalism, enthusiasm, and ensuring timely communication to increase client satisfaction and retention.\n, • You'll keep up to date with the news and current trends, spotting reactive opportunities that could be relevant to your clients.\n, • Monitoring performance is a key aspect of this role. You’ll work closely with Strategists to track results and optimise strategies with final sign-off, to ensure everything meets our clients’ objectives and quality expectations. \n, • You’ll also play a key role in quarterly client strategy meetings, helping shape direction and providing updates on relevant industry trends and agency developments. \n, • You will conduct regular one-to-one meetings with your direct reports, offering constructive feedback and identifying areas for growth and support. You’ll lead performance reviews, oversee progression planning, and ensure all development is documented clearly and consistently. \n, • A key part of your role will be spotting opportunities for upskilling and flagging when additional training or support is needed. \n, • You will lead by example in developing impactful, original campaign ideas. You will support Strategists in developing creative concepts for their accounts and contribute directly to ideation, helping bring ideas to life. \n, • Engage in internal training and knowledge sharing to develop your own skills and support the growth of others through sharing insights and best practices. \n, • Shout our wins on social and celebrate our successes as an agency. Spotting opportunities for your clients to write a case study for the Digitaloft website.\n\n What we'll offer you:\n \n\n • A salary of £42,000 per year.\n, • 28 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and a Christmas shutdown.
