The Role Were looking for a Junior Sous Chef who is hands-on, eager to learn, and ready to step into a leadership role within a busy kitchen. Youll work closely with the Head Chef, helping to run sections, manage prep, and support the team during busy services. This is a great opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef who wants to grow. This is not a clipboard role. Youll be cooking, running sections, and learning how to manage service properly. What Youll Be Responsible For Supporting the Head Chef in daily operations Running sections and supporting service flow Assisting with prep and kitchen organisation Maintaining HACCP and hygiene standards Supporting stock control and ordering Helping mentor and support junior chefs Contributing to a positive and professional kitchen culture What Were Looking For Experience as a Junior Sous Chef Good kitchen organisation and service awareness Understanding of HACCP and kitchen standards Excellent English (Spanish is a plus) Calm under pressure Team-first mindset.
