    Summer Temp Role (potential for permanent) We are seeking energetic and reliable temporary team members to join our Greek street food team during the exciting festival season. Our unit is renowned for serving high-quality Greek cuisine at an incredible pace, and we require individuals who can bring positive energy, work efficiently, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role is perfect for those who thrive in fast-paced environments, appreciate great food, and wish to be part of a friendly, hardworking team throughout the summer (May - September). There's also the potential for continued employment in our London sites. Key Responsibilities: • Provide a warm welcome and excellent, friendly service to all customers., • Confidently take orders and process payments using our till systems., • Assist in the preparation and serving of Greek dishes such as gyros, halloumi, sides, and drinks (full training will be provided)., • Ensure a clean and organised workstation, including food preparation areas, counters, and equipment., • Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures., • Restock ingredients and packaging, monitor stock levels, and report any shortages., • Work efficiently within a high-output team, capable of serving up to 400 customers per hour during peak events., • Uphold the brand’s reputation for delivering consistent, high-quality food with a smile, even during busy periods. Skills & Qualities: • Friendly, confident, and customer-focused attitude., • Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced, energetic environment., • Strong teamwork and communication skills., • Quick learner with meticulous attention to detail., • Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to various tasks., • Previous hospitality or customer service experience is beneficial but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided. Requirements: • Availability throughout the summer festival season, including key dates and weekends., • Ability to work at our London permanent site; off site events are required., • Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in a bustling environment., • Must be 16 years or older (or meet legal age requirements).
