PE Global is currently recruiting for a Clinical Development Director (Cardio) for an 18 month contract role with a leading multinational Pharma client based in London – hybrid. The Clinical Development Director (CDD) is the clinical/scientific and clinical development expert and provides leadership and support to clinical development deliverables and activities within a defined global clinical development program and/or global clinical trial (e.g. clinical development plan, clinical trial protocol), under the leadership of the GPCH. Job Responsibilities • Supports and if assigned leads delivery of all assigned clinical deliverables in the assigned section of a clinical program. Clinical deliverables may include the clinical development strategy for assigned program section(s), clinical sections of individual protocols consistent with the Integrated Development Plans (IDP), clinical data review and program specific standards, clinical components of regulatory documents/registration dossiers, and publications., • Provides input into final analyses and interpretation including the development of the Clinical Study Report(s) (CSRs), publications and internal/external presentations., • Leads development of clinical sections of trial and program level regulatory documents (e.g., Investigator’s Brochures, briefing books, safety updates, submission dossiers, and responses to Health Authorities), • Oversees/conducts ongoing clinical and scientific review of clinical trial data with medical monitor, Clinical Scientific Expert(s) with appropriate oversight from Medical Lead. Work in close collaboration with the data management and statistics teams to ensure proper data quality and analysis of clinical trial results., • Inspection Readiness and interaction with QA - risk assessments, audit preparation, mock interviews, storyboard and presentation prep; Author and/or review abstracts, presentations and manuscripts for accuracy of clinical data and content, • May be the Program Manager of other associates (e.g., CSE), • Provides support to Sr CDMD and/or GPCH in monitoring and safety data and signals the molecule for the assigned section of the clinical trial, may be a member of the Safety Management Team (SMT), and supports overall program safety reporting (e.g., Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSURs), Drug Safety Update Reports (DSURs), and other safety related documents) in collaboration with the medical monitor, CDMD and Patient Safety, • As a clinical development expert, may support the GPCH or CDH in interactions with external stakeholders (e.g., regulatory authorities, key opinion leaders, data monitoring boards, advisory boards, patient advocacy groups), internal stakeholders (e.g., CTT, Research, Translational Medicine, Global Medical Affairs, Marketing, HE&OR), and internal decision boards., • May work with Biomedical Research/Translational Medical Sciences) to drive transition of pre-PoC (Proof of Concept) projects to DDP (Development Decision Point) and with BD&L (Business Development & Licensing) including target identification and due diligences together with other medical matters, as assigned., • Ensures career development of Program reports and other clinical colleagues through active participation in the performance management and talent planning processes. Provides on-boarding, training, & mentoring support., • Contributes to medical/scientific training of relevant stakeholders on the disease area and compound/molecule. May serve as speaker for franchise medical/scientific training, • May serve on or lead global initiatives (e.g., process improvement, training, SOP development, other Clinical Development line function initiatives), • May be assigned to lead clinical trial(s) as Clinical Scientific Lead and provide leadership and guidance for all clinical aspects of a clinical trial in close collaboration with the assigned medical monitor and/or CDMD. Requirements • Advanced degree in Life Sciences/Healthcare. PhD or PharmD strongly preferred., • Cardiovascular or metabolism clinical trials experience strongly preferred., • At least 5 years or more in role of (or similar to) Clinical Development Director, • ≥ 7 years of involvement in clinical research or drug development in an academic or industry environment spanning clinical activities in Phases I through IV., • ≥ 3 years of contribution to and accomplishment in all aspects of conducting clinical trials (e.g., planning, executing, reporting and publishing) in a global/matrix environment in pharmaceutical industry. Senior Graphic Designer - London Hybrid £45-£48k This Global consultancy have an 85 strong internal creative agency that design highly creative and innovative work on projects across the globe. Working within their creative agency, as a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be working on multi-disciplinary projects, collaborating alongside a very talented creative team that consists of Brand and Graphic Designers, UX & UI Designers, Motion Designers & Animators, 3D visualisers, Developers and Creative Project Managers, to create work that has a purpose and is very varied. As they are a consultancy, they have multiple clients and a wide variety of projects, and they proudly deliver cutting edge brand and visual communication creative work. This role is based out of their London office, with 1 or 2 days in their Surrey office per month. They operate a hybrid work policy of 3 days onsite with two fix days on Tuesday and Wednesday and another of your choosing. The salary for this role is £45-£48k plus a very good benefits package. About the Role As Senior Graphic Designer, you will support the Studio Lead and Principal Designers across the business, in driving quality and creativity throughout the team, working on multi-disciplinary projects. You will bring your ideas, passion and high standards to a very broad range of graphic design briefs across branding, print and digital design. This is all about visual brand and corporate communications and less about advertising and campaign. You will be empowered to challenge the brief and go above and beyond with your creative thinking, stretching the brief and showcasing to the client what is possible. You will get to work collaboratively with other Designers on very large, high-profile projects or individually on smaller briefs. Designers who fit well here are those that seize any opportunity to solve a problem through creativity and who are always looking to innovate. You’ll be taking briefs directly from stakeholders, communicating and conversing clearly with the internal team and external clients, many of whom are at C Suite level, so it’s important that you are confident in communicating with clients and have a natural rapport and are good at building relationships with clients. About You You are a Senior Designer with strong conceptual and design craft skills, ideally with experience across brand and corporate communication and possibly digital/UI design too. You are curious about new technologies, techniques and ways of creating designs and campaigns, enjoying pushing boundaries. Your portfolio showcases branding and corporate visual communication projects. Your work needs to show fresh ideas and a clean, contemporary design style and with a good appreciation of typography. You will be able to rationalise your ideas and present your work with ease. You consider yourself to have strong creative vision and can clearly communicate your ideas to others and enjoy working with collaboratively with other creatives. You are comfortable working directly with clients and enjoy building working relationships, and particularly enjoy being part of a busy, collaborative creative team. You can lead projects and have ideally managed another designer and mentored other creatives. You thrive in a fast-paced, progressive environment and love coming up with new ideas and sharing ideas with your colleagues and helping to mentor other designers. They do embrace designers with multi-disciplinary skill sets, so if you have UI design skills or motion design, perhaps to storyboard etc, then they are happy to embrace any additional creative skills that you have. Any previous exposure to projects containing AR/VR and digital solutions would be advantageous.
