HR Intern (Recruitment & Operations focus) Location: Coatbridge / Sittingbourne (On-site) Hours: Part-time (20 hours per week) Contract Duration: 6 months Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a current university student to gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle and general HR administration. You will play a key role in identifying top talent for our technical development teams and ensuring our day-to-day HR operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities • Talent Acquisition: Source and identify potential candidates for the company’s software development and technical positions through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)., • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone interviews and screenings to assess candidate qualifications, technical alignment, and cultural fit., • HR Administration: Assist with daily administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and tracking staff attendance/time-off., • Meeting Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers across different time zones., • Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (Business, HR, Psychology, or related fields preferred)., • Language Skills: Native or professional fluency in both English and Mandarin (Chinese) is essential for communicating with our diverse team and candidate pool., • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident telephone manner., • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)., • Flexible working hours to accommodate your university schedule., • Mentorship from experienced HR professionals., • A collaborative and international working environment.
