    About the role We’re a London-based fast-growing snacking company - we make high-protein snacking salami! We launched in January and are now stocked in 300+ retailers across London and the UK. We’re looking for a highly motivated, hands-on Field Sales Executive to accelerate our retail expansion and drive in-store performance. This role is focused on winning new listings, driving sell-through, and building strong relationships with store owners. Key responsibilities 1. New store acquisition & conversion • Visit independent retailers (e.g. delis, convenience stores, butchers, cafes)., • Pitch and secure listings, • Tailor pitch based on store profile and buyer behaviour, • Once listed:, • Ensure strong product placement and visibility, • Set up displays where possible, • Educate store staff on product and key selling points 1. Account management & activation • Revisit stores to:, • Check stock levels, • Check positioning of product, • Check pricing of product, • Drive reorders and improve in-store performance, • Run/ assist at marketing/sampling sessions, • Build relationships with store owners and staff Ideal candidate • Prior experience as a field sales executive or brand ambassador for an FMCG brand, • Comfortable walking into stores and pitching cold, • Commercially sharp, • Self-starter with strong organisation and follow-up discipline, • Based in London, • Currently studying? Person Specification The successful candidate should have: • A bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline., • Relevant experience in business analysis, financial analysis, management reporting or operational analysis., • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret business and financial data and present meaningful insights., • Experience in budgeting, financial analysis and business performance reporting., • ACCA qualified, partially qualified, or actively studying towards the ACCA qualification is highly desirable., • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills; experience with data analysis and reporting tools would be advantageous., • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different departments., • Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin Chinese language skills would be an advantage due to the company's client base.

WORK Your duties as a Main Receptionist would include: • Checking in/out guests and dealing with their queries, • Taking payments, • Processing bookings, • Checking and correcting any room/bed availability errors, • Managing the housekeeping team, • Ensuring the smooth and optimal functioning of the hostel You'd be doing 4 night shifts per week 7pm-7am. STUDY / HOSPITALITY QUALIFICATION You would study towards a Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship Level 2. This is a 12 month course which we will pay for and will pay you to do 3 hours study per week – outside of your working hours. Remuneration Package For this role we offer a comprehensive live-in package which allows travellers to parachute easily into London life comprising: • Starting pay will be at least the minimum wage for an apprentice and will be dependent on your skills and experience. For the 4 shifts per week you can expect to earn at least £1,200 per month plus free accomodation and free breakfast and dinner., • monthly bonus for excellence behaviours / going above and beyond, • accommodation in a staff dormitory (of course you can opt not to live in the hostel);, • use of laundry facilities (to wash and dry your clothes and bed linen);, • free breakfast and free dinner (which you'd help cook once per week!), • free fast wifi, • there is also free food available at other times to e.g. cook lunch/snacks. This includes basic foodstuffs such as bread, milk, pasta, rice etc If there's anything else you want ordered that you eat then as long as its reasonable and basic we'll buy it. You will improve: • your communication skills, • your team-working skills, • your social skills and confidence, • gain managerial experience in the hospitality environment And you'll get to explore London living on one of the best areas - Kensington and Chelsea. You'll make friends for life in the hostel too.
