JOB PURPOSE The Digital Workplace Product Adoption Specialist is responsible for developing and executing strategies that promote the effective adoption of Digital Workplace Products among easyJet employees. A key focus will be driving adoption and optimisation of Microsoft 365 tools to support modern ways of working. This role is pivotal for driving the successful adoption of digital workplace technologies and ensuring a seamless, user-centric digital employee experience (DEX). Blending change management, user experience design, and platform enablement, the role will shape and execute adoption strategies that maximise the value of digital tools across the organisation, empowering employees, enhancing productivity, and supporting easyJet’s digital transformation journey. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES The Digital Workplace Product Adoption Specialist is responsible for driving the successful adoption and effective use of Workplace Products.
