Provide regular updates to teachers, parents, and other relevant parties to ensure a coordinated approach to each student's development., • Ensure that students receive comprehensive support by collaborating with counsellors, social workers, and other professionals to address the broader needs of students and their families. Requirements of SEN Teaching Assistant (TA) • Previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role, particularly in an SEN setting., • A genuine passion for supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to work effectively as part of a team., • Relevant qualifications or training in education are desirable.
