Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for commercial strategy and business development? Fulkrum is seeking a Commercial Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting our global commercial operations. About the Role As a Commercial Analyst, you will work closely with the Commercial Lead and other key stakeholders across the business. You’ll be responsible for leading day-to-day commercial activities, supporting bid and tender processes, managing client onboarding, and contributing to business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Assist with bid and tender preparation, including screening, Table of Reference (TOR), and deliverables., • Lead Expressions Of Interest (EOI), market surveys, and tender prequalification., • Review contracts and agreements, identifying negotiation points and challenges., • Manage vendor qualification, supplier registration, and due diligence., • Maintain memberships and subscriptions., • Support onboarding of new clients and update the Contracts Register., • Prepare and update client rate cards and internal rate guides., • Collaborate on Business Development event summaries and presentation materials., • Provide commercial support to the sales team and other departments., • Issue and maintain HSE statistics, forms, and documentation. Skills & Qualifications • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines., • Proficient in MS Office Suite., • Excellent administrative and technical skills., • Ability to read and interpret instructions accurately.
