We design, implement and operate reliable video and audio solutions that capture, process and deliver clients’ content from any source, in any format, to any destination in the most efficient and reliable way possible. Main Purpose: The Master Control Operator will manage multiple channel playouts in accordance with Encompass and Client standard operating procedures. Principal Responsibilities: • Be prepared and able to work in a 24/7 environment on a rotational shift pattern · Responsible for a multi-client, multi-channel environment, working on high profile live sports and news events. · Monitor TX/RX feeds and maintain the on-air presence of the channels at all times · Ensure the supplied TX schedule is checked and executed in the required manner · Perform service recovery when required to minimise outages · React to automation warnings in the required manner · Raise any technical issues to the Senior TX staff or Operations Manager as per standard operational procedures · Identify and request missing materials and perform last minute changes · Complete daily Transmission outage logs and reports · Ensure that any issues awaiting resolution are handed over to the next shift · Assist in other operational roles within the department as and when required · Liaise with Clients and Internal departments in a professional manner · Train new staff as and when required · Ensure all media schedules are prepared for playout and conform to Ofcom and specific client guidelines · Carry out other duties that management may from time to time reasonably require Experience/Knowledge: · Must have previous multi-channel, fully automated transmission experience · Experience with Pebble Beach Marina and Clarity an advantage · A good operational knowledge of transmission technologies · Previous experience of liaising with clients · Knowledge of Ofcom channel guidelines Personal Skills: · Excellent communication skills · Comfortable in a team environment · Hold themselves accountable for results · Ability to identify alternatives and apply initiative · Decision making and editorial policy judgement · Strong organisational and interpersonal skills · Innovative approach to work and problems · Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure · Proactive approach to the daily challenges of a multichannel environment · Commitment to continuous improvement Benefits include: • 264 hours annual leave per annum, inclusive of bank holidays, • Matched up to 5% pension contributions and independent pension advice, • Health benefits including eye care vouchers, health cash plan and 24/7 employee assistance programme, • Income protection and life assurance benefits, • Regular wellness and engagement events, • Performance recognition awards

The Role As a Production Relationship Associate at EightPM, you’ll support the execution of best-in-class brand integrations across some of the most-watched content in the world. Reports to: Global Operations Manager Salary: £27,000–£36,000 DOE Responsibilities • Coordinate physical product logistics including inventory, shipping, on-time delivery, and post-production retrieval., • Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot) and internal tracking systems., • Meet production partners to exchange, receive, and inspect client property., • Track and log final integrations in released content., • Prepare meeting notes, monitor ongoing productions, and support PRMs with partner communication., • Ensure clear internal documentation across team handovers and project milestones., • Build and maintain working knowledge of the production landscape (TV, film, and branded content)., • Attend industry events alongside PRMs and represent the agency enthusiastically and professionally., • Detailed ability to assist with client reporting and internal performance tracking., • Contribute to team culture, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. Required Experience & Skills • Up to 2 years of experience in a professional setting ideally in marketing, advertising, client service, or media., • Strong organisational and time-management skills., • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills., • Understands how to monitor and hit deadlines while spinning multiple plates., • A team player who can shift seamlessly between following direction and taking initiative., • Physically capable of lifting and transporting products (up to 23 kg)., • Comfortable with Slack, Zoom, Google Suite, and ideally HubSpot or similar CRM tools., • A passion for pop culture, streamable television, and film., • Experience working in a high-performing team environment such as sports, military, sales or a similarly high performing, disciplined and collaborative setting., • Bilingual preferred.
