Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Health Care Assistant and Support Workers to join our team in providing compassionate care to individuals in various settings such as care homes and home care. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
Responsibilities: - Assist in the implementation of care plans under the supervision of healthcare professionals - Support patients with mobility and transportation needs, including driving when required - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service user's care activities - Monitor and report any changes in service user's condition to the healthcare team - Ensure a clean and safe environment for service users - Qualifications: - Proficient IT skills to record service user's information accurately - Excellent command of English language for effective communication with patients and colleagues - Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is advantageous - Ability to follow care plans and work well within a team - A valid driving licence for transporting service users, when necessary - Join our team as a Healthcare Assistant /Support Worker and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need. - Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract - Contract length: 6 months - Pay: £12.00 per hour - Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week - Benefits: Language training provided - Schedule: Flexitime - Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred) - Experience: - Care home: 1 year (preferred) - Home care: 1 year (preferred) Language: English (preferred)
