About the Role As a Residential Childcare Worker , youll play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive home environment for children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs. No two days are the same youll be there through fun, challenges, growth and reflection, helping young people thrive. Youll work closely with senior leaders and contribute to a therapeutic care model, using electronic systems to document progress, support care plans, and ensure the highest standards of compliance and care delivery.
