    The Wet Fish Café is a beloved independent restaurant in North London, known for its wild-caught Cornish fish, modern comfort food, genuine hospitality, and strong community spirit since 2003. We are excited to announce the opening of our new site in Primrose Hill and are building a dedicated team to launch this new venture. This is a unique opportunity to join a new establishment from its inception, help shape its identity, and contribute to a brand with real character and longevity. As the team member, you will be the welcoming face of the café, confidently managing the floor and delivering the warm, attentive service our guests expect. Whether it's a relaxed weekend brunch, a productive working lunch, or a lively Friday evening brasserie service with live music, you will own the room and ensure an exceptional experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities: • Provide outstanding, confident front of house service across all-day trading hours., • Efficiently take orders, offer informed recommendations on dishes and wines, and naturally upsell., • Expeditiously run food from the kitchen and effectively manage the pace of service on the floor., • Execute opening and closing procedures for the restaurant., • Actively contribute to fostering a positive and professional team culture from day one.     Vamoa is hiring a Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team in SW London. The package • £27,500 to £32,500 base depending on experience, • Uncapped commission on top, • Realistic OTE of £55,000 to £60,000 in year one, • Hybrid working (3 days in our SW London office, 2 from home), • Full-time, permanent, Monday to Friday Who we are Vamoa is a full-service Amazon agency working with consumer brands across the UK, EU and US. We manage everything from product listings and ads through to logistics and Pan-EU expansion. Our clients include some of the biggest names in supplements, food and drink, beauty, pet, baby and homewares. The role You'll be the engine behind our new business pipeline. Day to day that means: • Finding and reaching out to brand owners and decision-makers who sell on Amazon, • Running outbound across LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp, • Booking discovery calls and audits for the senior team, • Attending trade shows across the UK and EU (FIBO, PLMA, Elevate and more), • Managing your full pipeline in HubSpot What we're looking for • Around 1 year of B2B sales, business development or account management experience, • UK-based with the right to work without sponsorship, • Commutable to our SW London office (3 days a week minimum, non-negotiable), • A direct, plain-spoken communication style, • Confident on LinkedIn and the phone, • Self-driven, organised and not put off by rejection, • Curious about how brands grow on Amazon Nice to have • Experience selling into consumer brands, • Familiarity with Amazon as a sales channel, • Previous use of HubSpot or another CRM, • Any agency-side experience Why work here • Uncapped commission with no ceiling on what you can earn, • Real ownership and exposure to senior decision-makers from day one, • Clear progression into senior BD or account management, • Trade show travel across Europe, • Regular team socials, • A modern SW London office and a team that values output over hours How to apply Tap apply and send your CV with a short note on why you're keen.
