Key Duties: Carry out a range of reactive repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties. Complete works across multiple trades, including carpentry, basic plumbing & wet trades Carry out repairs to doors, locks, skirting, architraves, kitchens, flooring and other general property maintenance. Diagnose and complete repairs efficiently, ensuring work is completed to a high standard. Work safely and professionally while providing a high level of customer service to tenants. Complete all required paperwork and job updates accurately.Requirements: Proven experience as a Multi Trader or Multi Skilled Operative within reactive maintenance. Previous experience working within social housing or occupied properties. NVQ Level 2 or equivalent trade qualification.
