We work with landlords, letting agents, businesses, and homeowners, specialising in fast, high‑quality property turnovers and reliable ongoing cleaning services. We pride ourselves on strong communication, reliability, and high standards. Role Overview We are looking for reliable, experienced self‑employed cleaners to join our team. You will carry out a variety of cleaning tasks across residential and commercial properties, working independently or as part of a small team depending on the job. Cleaning Jobs & Services We Provide Our work includes, but is not limited to: End of tenancy cleans Deep cleans Regular domestic cleaning Office and commercial cleaning Communal area cleaning After‑builders cleans Airbnb / short‑let changeover cleans Property turnaround cleans for landlords and agents Key Responsibilities As a cleaner with Dyna Pro Property Services, you will be expected to: Carry out high‑standard cleaning in line with company checklists Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and communal spaces Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing, and sanitising surfaces Cleaning appliances (ovens, fridges, microwaves where required) Cleaning windows (internal) and glass surfaces Removing waste and ensuring properties are left spotless and presentable Report damages, maintenance issues, or missing items promptly Communicate clearly with management regarding job completion and issues Arrive on time and complete jobs within agreed timeframes Maintain a professional and respectful attitude at all client sites Requirements Must have own transport and a valid driving licence Previous professional cleaning experience preferred Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Able to work independently and manage time effectively Good attention to detail and high cleaning standards Physically able to carry out cleaning duties Smartphone for communication and job updates Right to work in the UK Equipment & Supplies Cleaners must have their own basic cleaning equipment We can help provide a starter pack if needed Cleaners are responsible for keeping all tools and equipment in good working condition All equipment must be clean, safe, and suitable for professional use Working With Us – Benefits Flexible working hours to fit around your schedule Self‑employed role – work when available Regular work opportunities as the company grows Supportive management and clear communication No upfront franchise or joining fees Opportunity to grow with a developing company Variety of work locations and job types If you are a hardworking, dependable cleaner looking for flexible work with a professional company, we would love to hear from you.
