This role will ideally be based full time at our Edinburgh office but we would consider a hybrid working pattern (3 days in the office and 2 days at home) after successful completion of your probation and/or training period (depending on skills and experience). What You’ll Do Providing high levels of customer service, you’ll: • Handle enquiries and reservations ensuring that they are responded to professionally, arranging and confirming bookings and building traveller’s profiles to make sure that their needs are met., • Carry out research for our clients to make sure they get the best deal., • Process E tickets and travel documentation., • Offer advice and guidance on available options to our clients for each itinerary including advice on visas, passport requirements and vaccinations., • Handle refunds and cancellations. What we’re looking for • You’ll be a motivated, passionate individual who has previous experience of working in business travel., • Experience using Sabre GDS although Galileo experience would be considered., • You’ll have an excellent telephone manner, excellent verbal reasoning skills and great attention to detail., • Confident in dealing directly with our client on a face to face basis., • You’ll be happy to work between the hours of 8am and 6pm on a rota basis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working independently, with a proactive mindset. Highly organised with great attention to detail. Confident using MS Office and HR systems. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across Warwickshire.
