Responsibilities: • Generate Sales Leads: Actively prospect and identify potential buyers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms., • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences and provide personalized solutions and recommendations., • Property Presentations: Conduct property tours, presentations, and open houses to showcase residential and commercial properties to potential buyers and investors., • Sales Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and secure profitable transactions for the company and the clients., • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the real estate market trends, pricing, and competition to provide accurate information and advice to clients, ensuring competitive advantage., • Documentation and Legal Compliance: Assist clients with the necessary paperwork, contracts, and legal requirements in real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations., • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, addressing client inquiries and concerns and providing timely updates to maintain client satisfaction., • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular sales reports, and present them to the management team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement., • Professional Development: Continuously enhance your knowledge of the real estate market, sales techniques, and industry best practices through workshops, seminars, and self-study. Qualifications: • Experience: Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry. Previous experience in property sales, customer service, or related roles is highly desirable., • Sales Skills: Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential., • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, • Real Estate Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the real estate market, including current market trends, property pricing, legal regulations, and financing options., • Customer Focus: Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.
