About the Role We're excited to be looking for a Despatch Coordinator to join our team in Hinckley. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the high-quality service they expect, while helping us optimise our transport operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for planning and coordinating vehicle loads to ensure orders are delivered on time, while maximising vehicle utilisation and minimising transport costs. You'll act as a central point of communication between customers, hauliers, and internal teams, proactively managing any issues and helping to keep everything running smoothly. CNC Setter/Operator (Weekend Nights)Wigston (LE18)Friday – Sunday17:45 – 05:45£21.98p/hr (£15.70p/hr during initial training)Urgent: Full TimeWe are looking for experienced CNC setter/operators who are looking to expand their skills, learn new machines and can commit to a rotating shift within a busy and aerospace company in Wigston.What you will be doingInitially you will be operating machinery, to produce high end intricate aerospace components. You will be trained how to set these specific CNC machinesYou will be responsible for using micrometers to ensure the component matches the drawing.Working to both quality & production targets.Initial TrainingYour initial training is on fixed days (average 2 – 4 weeks), then moved to the weekend shift.
