What You’ll Bring • Proven experience as a technical administrator or within a distilling environment, with a strong understanding of operational processes., • Familiarity with Maintenance Management Systems (MMS) and involvement in project coordination or support activities is highly advantageous., • Strong IT proficiency, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and SAP., • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple sites and teams., • Ability to manage documentation and compliance requirements for regulatory bodies such as HMRC, SEPA, and HSE., • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment., • Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to team objectives and continuous improvement initiatives., • Minimum HNC/D in Business or a Technical subject., • Formal industry qualification (e.g., GCD) is desirable.
