Proven experience in the private sector, ideally working with developers or design-led consultancies. Strong understanding of residential, mixed-use, and heritage-led planning. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management and client-facing ability. Knowledge of UK planning policy, development management, and design principles.
