Mail Services Assistant (Term-Time,30 hours) This role is eligible for the ___About The Role The Role of the Mail Service Assistant is varied with responsibility for sorting, processing and the distribution of all incoming mail & parcels. You could be out and about on our Claverton Down Campus making deliveries & collections or helping students through a customer focused counter service. Our Student Parcel Collection Centre is just one of the great services we provide to our resident students & we take pride in providing a great student experience. Some IT experience is essential, as we process mail utilising Franking technology & use modern tracking software & hardware to provide service excellence. About You You will demonstrate: • Strong organisational skills, • Experience in customer service, • Flexibility and adaptability, • Clear written and spoken communication, • Basic computer literacy, • A valid UK driving licence Further information This role is offered on a part-time, term-time basis (30 hours per week) and is a permanent position.
