Hybrid / London (50% office attendance) As CRM & Business Systems Senior Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the Academy's core business systems are effective, well managed and continually improved, with particular responsibility for Salesforce and the systems and integrations that connect with it. Working as part of the Business Information team, you'll be a key internal specialist for Salesforce, providing practical support and advice to colleagues across the Academy.
