Your Key Responsibilities Small, Remote‑First Team As an early engineering hire, you will help shape the technical vision, culture, and best practices of the team. API Implementation Build scalable APIs using strong design patterns and RESTful principles to ensure maintainability and performance. Full‑Stack Development Work across the stack using NestJS, React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL, within a monorepo environment. Blockchain Development Integrate Web3 libraries and frameworks to support: • Wallet connections, • Smart contract interactions, • Transaction flows, • Onchain/offchain data handling Quality Assurance & Testing Write unit and integration tests to ensure code stability. Contribute to CI pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions) to maintain a smooth development workflow. Continuous Deployment Operate in a fast‑paced environment with frequent, often near‑daily, deployments to production.
