Department: Sales - Brown Goods About the Role We are seeking a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Key Account Manager to join our Brown Goods Sales Team. The ideal candidate is a strong team player who is committed to driving customer success and commercial growth. In this role, you will support the Retail & Distribution Channel Manager in developing and expanding existing accounts, while also identifying new business opportunities. You will play a key role in shaping and executing strategies across our Brown Goods portfolio, including TVs, Laser TVs, Soundbars, and Gaming Monitors. Main Responsibilities: • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and growth targets across key accounts., • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new retail and distribution partners., • Identify and secure new business opportunities across Brown Goods categories, including new distribution channels and B2B markets., • Support accounts with promotional plans, marketing activities, training, and pricing proposals., • Build and manage relationships with specialist monitor buying teams across existing retail partners, • Drive growth in the Hotel TV segment through close collaboration with distribution partners., • Provide accurate sales forecasts and collaborate with product, demand planning, and logistics teams to ensure optimal stock availability., • Present account performance, growth opportunities, and market insights at internal sales meetings., • Analyse pricing, product trends, and market developments to inform commercial strategy and maximise ROI., • Manage service, returns, and product quality issues in line with company policies., • Work with Finance and Senior Management to resolve payment or credit issues, maintain SOAs, and support customer audits., • Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows as required. Requirements • 2+ year relevant working experience in a sales account management role either within CE or FMCG, buying background will be also considered., • Proven track record of achieving KPIs, sales targets, and managing accounts and budgets., • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships internally and externally., • Excellent numeracy, analytical, and problem-solving skills., • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams., • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and exceed sales and profitability targets., • Full UK driving licence., • Ability to work from our Leeds office minimum 1–2 days per week.
