Then there's a role here for you!\n\nWe're currently looking for understanding people to join our contact centre teams supporting our home insurance customers across our various banking brands.\n\nPay: £14.40p/hr\nContract Type: Temporary\nContract Length: 6 months\nStart Date: 5th May 2026\nWorking Pattern: Full Time, 35 hours per week\nShifts: Monday to Friday (8 AM - 6 PM), Saturday (9 AM - 1 PM) - every other Saturday with a weekday offWork From Home:\n\nAfter 8 weeks training you can work from home 3 days per week. \nBased in Halifax, our newly refurbished office is just a 10-minute walk from Halifax train station. Plus, enjoy the convenience of free parking on-site!.What You'll Do:\n As a Home Customer Service Consultant, you'll be taking customer calls and doing your best to help them with our products, taking time to understand what matters to them.
