Purpose of Role: Delivery of a customer focussed service, whilst meeting all Health & Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Morale targets. The purpose of the role is to support the production and warehouse team by learning and applying practical skills in assembling components, paint spraying and welding, following safety and quality standards, and contributing to the efficient operation of manufacturing and warehouse processes, through hands-on experience and formal training,developing technical competencies, with a view to working towards a future team leader role.
