Coordinate inspections, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities, pressure testing and quality documentation. Liaise directly with clients, inspectors and third-party stakeholders. Monitor labour, materials, project progress and costs. Ensure all mechanical engineering works are completed safely, on time and to the highest standards. Support project handovers and completion documentation. Requirements Essential: Previous experience as a Mechanical Site Manager, Site Supervisor or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of industrial steam boilers, steam systems or pressure equipment. Experience managing engineering teams on live industrial sites. Good understanding of welding, pipework installation and mechanical repairs. Experience producing RAMS and managing permit-to-work systems. Strong organisational, leadership and communication skills. Full UK driving licence. Willingness to travel and stay away when required. Desirable: SMSTS or SSSTS qualification. IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.
