Responsibilities - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. - Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. - Engage with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service while taking drink orders and offering recommendations. - Manage inventory, including ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and minimising waste. - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments. - Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. - Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. We look after our Bar like if it's our home, and If you love people, and have a todo attitude, apply! We have both full and part time positions (20 hours for part time and +40 hours for full time) Good and professional personal presentation is a must.
