Head of Tenancy Progression Location, Wimbledon, SW19 Salary, £37,000 to £45,000, depending on experience Hours, full time, office based five days a week The Opportunity A well regarded estate agency in Wimbledon is looking for an experienced tenancy progression professional to step up into a Head of department role. This is a genuine leadership position, taking ownership of the entire tenancy progression function and the team delivering it, rather than simply progressing your own caseload. You will set the standard for how tenancies move from offer to move in, build a process the whole team can work to, and act as the senior point of escalation when a tenancy needs a firmer hand or a difficult conversation with a landlord or tenant. Housing Officer: Tenancy & ASB Specialist known internally as a Local Housing Manager Location: Clapham Park, SW2 4AX Salary Banding: £41,237 - £43,406 This role We are recruiting for a skilled and experienced Local Housing Manager to be predominantly office based and out on the patch, you will manage and coordinate excellent housing and estate services within a defined geographical patch.
