What We Offer • Flexible working arrangements, • No fixed minimum hours, • Opportunity to build a schedule of regular recurring clients, • Additional one-off and seasonal work, • Variety of cleaning work, • Opportunity to take on more responsibility as your experience with Brilliant Cleaner develops, • Professional and supportive working environment Important Flexibility does not mean that accepted bookings can be cancelled or declined at short notice without good reason. If you accept a regular client or a specific booking, we expect you to honour that commitment and maintain a reliable service. We understand that genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen, and these will always be considered reasonably. Who This Role Would Suit This position could suit an experienced cleaner who: • Already has cleaning experience and wants more work, • Wants flexibility without being restricted to occasional one-off jobs, • Enjoys both regular and deep cleaning, • Wants additional work during busy periods such as Christmas, • Takes pride in providing a professional service How to Apply If you are reliable, hardworking and take pride in delivering a high standard of cleaning, we would be pleased to hear from you. £30000–£32000 yearly
    Full-time
    Balham, Wandsworth

Venue Manager – Pinky Burger Foundry Hospitality Group is looking for a friendly, energetic and highly organised Venue Manager to take care of the day-to-day running of Pinky Burger, our new burger, cocktail and karaoke concept in Balham. This isn’t a traditional restaurant management role. Pinky has a deliberately simple food operation, QR-code ordering, a dedicated bar person and support from our Operations Manager. What we need is someone who can take ownership of the venue and make sure every shift runs brilliantly. You’ll be responsible for opening and setting up the venue, keeping it clean, organised and looking great, welcoming guests, overseeing the floor and QR ordering system, coordinating with the kitchen and bar, managing the private karaoke room and making sure the atmosphere stays fun, friendly and well controlled. Most importantly, we’re looking for personality. You should genuinely enjoy meeting people, be confident talking to guests and have the sort of presence that makes people feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door. You don’t need years of restaurant management experience. You might currently be a supervisor, duty manager, assistant manager or an experienced front-of-house person ready to take the next step. Hospitality experience is important, but attitude, reliability, organisation and personality matter just as much. You’ll have the support of Foundry Hospitality’s Operations Manager, while having plenty of autonomy to make Pinky a great neighbourhood venue. The right person will be: • Warm, outgoing and naturally welcoming, • Reliable and highly organised, • Comfortable taking responsibility for a venue, • Experienced in hospitality, bars, restaurants or similar, • Happy working in a lively, informal environment, • Hands-on — willing to jump in wherever needed, • Confident managing busy evenings and late-night trade, • Someone who takes pride in keeping a venue spotless, organised and ready for service This is a great opportunity for someone looking for their first venue management position without stepping into the complexity of running a large traditional restaurant.

👟 Flexible Shoe Cleaning Assistant – £2 Per Pair | Side Hustle
    1 month ago
    £10–£12 hourly
    Part-time
    Wallington

👟 Flexible Shoe Cleaning Assistant – £2 Per Pair | Side Hustle Hi! I’m Hana, I’m 21 and have been running my pre-owned shoe business for around 6 years alongside university. As I’m returning to university soon and go through a lot of shoes, I’m looking for a reliable local person to help clean batches of shoes when needed. 🧽 The Job You’ll collect batches of shoes from my home, take them home to clean, and return them once finished. I provide the cleaning supplies and will show you exactly how I clean the shoes and the standard I expect, so no previous experience is needed. The shoes need to be properly and thoroughly cleaned — not just given a quick wipe. Some pairs will be relatively easy, while others will be dirtier and require more scrubbing, patience and time. I understand that some stains, discolouration and signs of wear simply cannot be removed. I don’t expect perfection or for excessive time to be spent trying to remove permanent marks. However, I do expect a genuine effort and good-quality clean on every pair, while taking care not to damage different materials. If a pair has clearly not been cleaned to the standard I’ve demonstrated, I will ask for it to be cleaned again before payment for that pair. 💷 Pay & Workload £2 per pair – fixed rate. For example: 10 pairs = £20 20 pairs = £40 30 pairs = £60 50 pairs = £100 The amount of work will vary. One batch could be 10 pairs, another 30 or 50+, and some weeks I may not have any shoes that need cleaning. Please treat this as a flexible side hustle rather than guaranteed regular employment. I will contact you whenever I have a batch ready. Please do not rely on a certain number of pairs or regularly pressure me for the next batch — I will message you when I need your help. 🚗 Collection & Return You will need to collect the shoes from my home and return them once cleaned, so please consider the travelling involved before applying. Having access to a car would be ideal. Shoes must also be returned by the agreed time. I will count each batch before collection and when it is returned. ⭐ What I Expect • Reliable, trustworthy and good communication, • Good attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions, • Quality and care rather than rushing, • Cleaning products used sensibly without unnecessary waste, • Shoes collected and returned as agreed, • Every pair given a genuine, thorough clean Everyone will begin with a small paid trial batch so we can both see whether the arrangement works well. I’m hiring someone to save me time while I’m at university, so I’m looking for someone who can work independently and consistently without creating extra work for me. If you’re happy with the £2-per-pair rate, variable workload, travelling to collect/return the shoes, and the cleaning standard expected, I’d love to hear from you. 😊 Thank you!

Whether you want to manage £60,000 or £6 million of construction work, we want the limiting factor to be your ability to deliver rather than our ability to find projects. No back-office burden Contracts, billing, invoicing, payment collection, sales and administration are handled internally. That allows you to spend your time where you add the most value: on site, with contractors and with clients. Be your own boss The role is largely self-directed. You will have significant freedom over how you organise your time, manage your contractors and deliver your projects. We are looking for someone who wants responsibility rather than someone who needs constant supervision. How the numbers work Our average project is approximately £70,000. A well-run project should achieve at least a 20% profit margin, with 30% or more achievable on strong projects. That means a £70,000 project could generate: 20% Margin30% Margin Contract value £70,000 £70,000 Project profit £14,000 £21,000 Your commission is linked to the profit generated by the projects you manage. A project of this size should take no more than six weeks when properly planned, resourced and managed. There is also no reason an experienced and organised Project Manager cannot oversee multiple projects at the same time. That is where the earning potential becomes significant. Run more projects. Maintain strong margins. Deliver excellent work. Earn more commission. There is no commission cap.
