We are currently seeking an organised, professional, and approachable Administrator to join our dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a people-focused environment and takes pride in delivering high standards of administrative support. As Administrator, you will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the home. You will be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and professionals, providing a welcoming and professional service while supporting the Home Manager with a range of administrative, financial, and payroll responsibilities. Your contribution will help ensure residents receive the highest standards of care in a well-organised and efficiently managed environment. • Maintain accurate and complete financial records in line with company policies and procedures., • Prepare and issue management reports within agreed timescales., • Process receipts and maintain resident account records., • Submit resident financial information to ensure invoices are produced accurately and promptly., • Liaise with the Sales Ledger and Credit Control teams to resolve any outstanding account queries., • Support payroll processes and maintain accurate staff attendance records., • Maintain up-to-date and confidential records for residents and employees., • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Home Manager, including filing, correspondence, and document preparation., • Answer telephone calls and respond to enquiries from residents, relatives, visitors, and professionals in a friendly and efficient manner., • Welcome visitors and maintain a professional reception area., • Order and maintain stationery and office supplies., • Coordinate staff uniform orders and maintain associated records., • Assist with stock takes and cost calculations., • Participate in staff and resident meetings as required. We're looking for someone who is: • Friendly, professional, and approachable., • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail., • Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively to deadlines., • Confident using Microsoft Office and other computerised systems., • A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills., • Reliable, discreet, and able to handle confidential information appropriately., • Passionate about contributing to a positive experience for residents and their families., • Previous experience in an administrative, office, finance, or payroll role., • Strong organisational and time management skills., • Good written and verbal communication skills., • Confidence working with computer systems and databases., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
