The Role Are you passionate about travel and eager to help clients plan their dream cruise holidays? As a Cruise Sales Consultant, you'll work from home, providing exceptional customer service and expert advice on a wide range of cruise options. You'll have access to extensive resources to help you succeed. Your Responsibilities • Engage with clients via phone, email, social media, and live chat to understand their cruise preferences., • Provide tailored cruise recommendations, including ancillary products like insurance., • Participate in promotional activities to increase your client base., • Utilise social media platforms to convert enquiries into bookings About You • Minimum of 3 years' experience in travel agency sales, with a strong sales record., • Excellent knowledge of cruise products and operator reservation systems., • Exceptional customer service and communication skills., • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and/or the Google Suite of products including Chrome, Gmail and Sheets etc., • Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing your own business.
