Swim Generation is a local private swimming coaching business with offices in Richmond, Surrey. We are looking for self motivated, passionate , and customer service driven candidates to apply for part time or full time roles acting as Swim Generation poolside assistant whilst swimming lessons are taking place. Reporting into the lead coach at the pool the ideal candidate will manage our clients accessing the pool, respond to current clients and new client questions and queries and to ensure first class class customer service at all times. Other duties to include but not all, ensuring the poolside and associated facilities are clean, tidy, dry and ready for clients. Role is for an immediate start at £15 per hour. Typical working hours would be Monday to Sunday 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm with different shift patterns available weekly.
