We're looking for a Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Resourcer to join Inspire People, supporting the delivery of technology professionals into major UK public sector programmes. This is an entry-level role, ideal if you're keen to learn the foundations of recruitment in a supportive, structured environment. Starting salary circa £25k plus £12k uncapped bonus per annum. Based in Discovery Park, Sandwich. You'll be trained to source and engage technology candidates, build relationships, and support live recruitment campaigns - all while developing skills that will set you up for a long-term career in tech recruitment. As a named supplier on frameworks such as Crown Commercial Service (CCS) RM6277 and Public Sector Resourcing (PSR), you'll be helping place talent into roles that genuinely make a difference to public services. As a Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Resourcer you will: • Learn how to source and engage technology candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and modern recruitment tools., • Support the delivery team by building and maintaining candidate pipelines for live contract and permanent roles., • Speak with candidates regularly by phone, video, and messaging to understand their skills, motivations, and availability., • Develop strong candidate relationships through consistent, professional communication., • Assist with candidate screening, interviews, and coordination of applications., • Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurate and up to date, learning best practice recruitment processes as you go., • A genuine interest in people, technology, and building a professional career., • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people on the phone and via video., • Good organisation skills and attention to detail, with pride in doing things properly., • A proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn., • Comfort using basic IT tools such as Microsoft Office and online platforms (training provided on recruitment systems)., • Motivation to work towards clear goals and develop commercially over time., • Learning core recruitment skills and processes., • Building confidence engaging with candidates., • Consistently supporting live vacancies and delivery activity., • Invested - We put time into training, coaching, and developing your confidence and capability., • Inquisitive - We encourage questions, learning about technology roles, and understanding the market., • Structured Training & Development: Clear onboarding, recruitment training, and ongoing support., • Career Progression: A defined Pathway into a Recruitment Consultant or Delivery Consultant role., • Purpose-Driven Work: Your work directly supports public services and critical technology initiatives., • Supportive Team Environment: Collaborative, friendly, and focused on long-term success., • 1:1 training, coaching, and mentorship from day one., • Uncapped commission as you progress and build confidence., • Generous holiday allowance + bank holidays., • Annual salary reviews linked to development and performance., • Flexible working options and home-working technology., • Quality equipment including laptop, dual monitors, and ergonomic chair., • Time in Lieu for late working when required.
