As a Waiter / Waitress, you’ll be at the forefront of the guest experience—delivering warm, knowledgeable service, guiding guests through the menu, and helping create memorable moments from arrival to last drink. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional table service throughout the guest journey., • Take food and drink orders accurately and confidently, with strong menu and product knowledge., • Offer recommendations and upsell where appropriate to enhance the guest experience., • Serve food and drinks with care, ensuring correct presentation and timing., • Build genuine rapport with guests, anticipating needs and responding quickly., • Maintain clear communication with the kitchen, bar, and floor team to ensure smooth service., • Handle payments accurately and efficiently., • Maintain clean, organised sections and service stations during and after service., • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times., • Support the wider team during busy services to keep standards consistently high.
