PSHE Teacher Pay: £190-£200 per dayFull-time/ Term Time onlyEnfield, North London The school is a specialist secondary setting that supports young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. It provides a structured, nurturing and aspirational environment where students are encouraged to grow academically, socially and emotionally. The team is committed to trauma-informed practice, inclusive teaching and creating a safe space for personal development. PSHE Teacher Role: • Planning and delivering creative, engaging PSHE lessons across KS3 and KS4, • Adapting the curriculum to meet a range of SEMH needs, • Encouraging students to develop confidence, resilience and positive decision-making, • Working collaboratively with pastoral, safeguarding and therapeutic teams, • Monitoring progress and contributing to whole-school development, • Modelling restorative practice and maintaining a pupil-centred approach PSHE Teacher Requirements: • Hold QTS/QTLS (or be working towards this), • Have experience teaching PSHE or a related subject, • Have experience supporting students with SEMH needs (desirable but not essential), • Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills, • Be resilient, reflective and committed to inclusive practice, • Show enthusiasm for promoting wellbeing and personal development...
