Benefits Package\n\n * Enhanced overtime rates.\n\n * Standby allowance and additional overtime opportunities.\n\n * 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.\n\n * Company van, PPE, uniform, and tools provided.\n\n * Phone, tablet, fuel card, and parking apps.\n\n * Structured induction and mentoring programme.\n\n * Ongoing training and accredited qualifications.\n\n * Company pension scheme\n\nLong-term career progression for an ambitious Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor (M&E).\n\nWe are recruiting for an experienced working Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor (M&E) to manage mechanical engineering works across three operational hospital environments in West London.\n\nThis position is ideal for a working Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, M&E Site Supervisor, or Building Services Supervisor with strong experience in critical environments, commercial mechanical systems, and leading site teams.\n\nAs the working Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day site activity, coordinate labour across multiple locations, diagnose system faults, and maintain excellent relationships with healthcare clients—supported by a wider operations and commercial team.\n\nWorking Pattern\n\n- Site-based Mechanical Site Supervisor role across three hospital locations.\n\n- Travel between sites as required by programme and workload.\n\n- Core hours: 07:30–17:00.\n\n- Working within live healthcare and critical environments.\n\nKey Responsibilities – Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor\n\nAs the Engineer Maintenance Supervisor (M&E) you will:\n\n * Supervise and deliver mechanical engineering works across multiple hospital sites.\n\n * Plan labour, resources, and programmes as a Contracts Supervisor, Mechanical Supervisor or Building Services Supervisor.\n\n * Diagnose Steam and MTHW faults to support quotations and technical proposals.\n\n * Lead teams of 6–8 operatives, maintaining safety, productivity, and quality.\n\n * Deliver toolbox talks and ensure RAMS and permit systems are in place.\n\n * Attend client meetings and build strong stakeholder relationships as an M&E Site Supervisor.\n\n * Identify additional works, variations, and commercial opportunities.\n\n * Complete job reports and documentation using digital systems and Microsoft applications.\n\n * Maintain the highest safety standards in operational hospital settings.\n\nSkills, Knowledge & Experience\n\nEssential for the Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor\n\n * Supervisory experience within mechanical or building services engineering.\n\n * Background working in critical environments.\n\n * Strong understanding of Steam and MTHW systems.\n\n * Ability to diagnose faults and assist with quotations.\n\n * Experience supervising site teams.\n\n * Excellent client-facing communication skills.\n\n * Knowledge of health & safety procedures, RAMS, and permits.\n\n * Ability to manage multiple sites as a Mechanical Site Supervisor or M&E Supervisor.\n\nDesirable for a Building Services Supervisor\n\n * Healthcare or hospital experience.\n\n * Preparing RAMS and permits in live environments.\n\n * Commercial awareness around variations and cost control.\n\n * Mechanical maintenance, installation, or project delivery background.\n\nApply Now\n\nIf you are an experienced Engineer Site Supervisor, Mechanical Site Supervisor, M&E Supervisor, Maintenance Contracts Supervisor, Mechancial Maintenance Supervisor or Building Services Supervisor looking for a stable, technically challenging role within healthcare environments, this is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career
