About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who wants to spend less time on paperwork and more time focusing on what really matters – creating meaningful and engaging learning experiences for pupils. At Park School, you will: • Teach small, focused classes, tailoring lessons to each pupil’s unique learning style and needs., • Use creativity, flexibility, and inclusive methods to inspire progress and build confidence., • Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team, including support staff, therapists, and pastoral colleagues., • Address each child’s academic, social, emotional, and personal development holistically., • Foster a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment where every pupil feels heard and valued., • Support pupils in developing essential life skills, independence, and resilience., • Encourage pupil voice and involvement in their own learning journey., • Maintain a strong safeguarding culture, ensuring pupil wellbeing is a top priority., • Continuously monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed.
