Job Description POSITION OVERVIEW: A Prudential Center Security Guard is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment at The Prudential Center by securing the premises, controlling access, conducting patrols, and responding to incidents. This position requires professionalism, alertness, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team during all hours of operation. Hourly non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
