Job DescriptionFinancial Analyst Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 Overview Our client is seeking a driven and analytical Financial Analyst to join their finance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into data, building financial models, and providing insights that help leaders make informed business decisions. The Financial Analyst will support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis across the organization. Responsibilities • Support the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans, • Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions and scenario analysis, • Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and executive dashboards, • Analyze trends in revenue, expenses, profitability, and operational metrics, • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support key initiatives, • Assist with month-end close processes, including accruals and account analysis, • Evaluate KPIs and recommend opportunities for performance improvement, • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic projects and leadership requests, • Maintain data integrity and improve reporting tools and processesQualifications, • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, • 1-3+ years of financial analysis experience preferred, • Strong Excel skills; familiarity with financial modeling and data analysis, • Experience with BI tools, ERP systems, or reporting platforms a plus, • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, • Ability to translate financial data into clear insights for non-finance stakeholders, • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentBenefits Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401(k) plan.
