Learn more at You'll Do: We are seeking a Data Center Energy Analyst to support energy data management, analysis, and forecasting across a rapidly expanding data center portfolio. As demand for AI and high-performance compute accelerates, energy cost, usage, and forecasting accuracy are increasingly critical to operational and financial decision-making. About the Role: This role sits within the Portfolio Operations organization, operating at the intersection of Data Center Operations, Finance, and external energy partners. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders and third-party providers to ensure the accuracy and integrity of energy data, support forecasting and accrual processes, and build the analytical foundation required to scale our data center portfolio efficiently. This is a high-impact opportunity to join a fast-growing team early and help establish scalable energy data, reporting, and operational processes critical to CoreWeave's continued growth. In this role, you will: • Own the end-to-end collection, validation, and analysis of energy usage and cost data across the data center portfolio, • Partner with data center providers, utilities, and third-party energy partners (e.g., Arcadia) to obtain billing, interval usage, and rate data, resolving discrepancies and ensuring data integrity, • 3+ years experience working with energy usage, utility data, or power cost analysis, • Strong background in data analysis, including collecting, cleaning, and interpreting large datasets, • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including analytical modeling and data validation, • Experience supporting data center, hyperscale, or large-scale infrastructure operations, • Familiarity with interval meter data, power pricing structures, and utility billing, • Be Curious at Your Core, • Act Like an Owner, • Empower Employees, • Deliver Best-in-Class Client Experiences The base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $100,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
